Please rename Sandra.amd to Sandra.bak in Sandra's folder\WNt500x86 or \WNt500x64 as appropriate to make it work.

Compute Shader/DirectCompute is a new programmable shader stage introduced with DirectX 11 that expands Direct3D beyond graphics programming. AMD and SiSoftware Collaborate on Industry Benchmark Suite

AMD today announced its involvement in the development of one of the first industry benchmark testing suites for OpenCL. Released by SiSoftware, the OpenCL GPGPU benchmark suite is part of SiSoftware Sandra 2010, the latest version of the award-winning utility first introduced in 1997. What are they? OpenCL is an open standard for running (parallel) tasks on CPUs, GPUs and other processors - unlike proprietary solutions from graphics manufacturers (e.g. CUDA, STREAM, etc.). It is cross-platform and thus supported on many operating systems (e.g. Linux, OS X, etc.) - unlike DirectX 11 CS. It supports various devices including embedded and hand-held.
